Regional history: The Prime Beast is a creature of an ancient species. Most have historically been killed before they could grow unmanageably large, but this one was lucky. It first ate continents, then moons, then planets, stars, systems, and galaxies, before developing the esoteric ability to consume the fabric of spacetime itself. Abhorring a thing without a place, the multiverse would deposit the beast into the next universe, which it would then likewise devour. At some point, the ancestors of the Prime Denizens were able to use long-forgotten magicks and esoteric, horrifying rituals to render the Prime Beast's offspring into the Universe Gates, computers capable of nullification and reification. They preserved the remaining pieces of the many worlds within them, as if simulations, with the held-open maws of the lobotomized Offspring acting as their titular gates.

Accessibility: Accessible from the Universe Gates. No other place to come from is known to exist. The occupants of the Outer Universe 2; Dreamscape can see into the Prime through the eyes of the Universe Gates.

MEER Classification: HOME - HIGHEST IMPORTANCE

Primebile: Essentially piranha solution. Acid-base that dissolves anything except primehide and totally inert materials like room temperature borosilicate glass and diamonds. Found in bile sacs, blisters, and stomachs.
Vivolith: Particularly hard, rocky bits of the Primebeast, parts that fossilized while still attached to living tissue. It has a grain like wood and is used to construct furniture and armor. Too prone to warpage to use for structures. Found in brown, red, white, and black.
Ostlith: Hard, strong, calcified tissue found within vivolith formations. Difficult to work with, but suitable for any heavy-duty applications such as structure framing. Found in white, red, and brown.
Taxistoma: Soft, pliable tissue harvested from tumors growing inside the Primebeast. Can be treated to remain soft and pliable, used like leather, or to become stiff and inflexible, used akin to wood paneling. Found in purple, red, white, and black. If untreated, it eventually rots.
Primeblood: Toxic to everything, but it decays into a usable fertilizer, also used in ceremonial paints. Found in red, blue, and black.
Neurek: Semi-petrified nerve tissue. Usable for tech, valuable in Prime magic rituals.
Ligolith: Petrified tendons. With careful processing, it can be made into pliable, elastic threads, suitable for any number of purposes depending on the specific treatment.
Primescale: Scale from the outside of a Primebeast. Found on the carcasses of lesser Beasts encountered within the Primebeast, as well as very rarely within the Beast itself, where it has consumed a part of itself.
